Whilst compliance is facilitated via self-service (see Close Account action in your cabinet), data deletion requests can be lodged directly with our team by contacting us.
Exceptions
Certain data may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, such as billing records.
In such cases, we will anonymize your personal information wherever possible.
Response Time
If you choose the self-service option, then deletion is instantaneous.
If you choose to contact us, we will respond within 7 business days. You will be notified once your request has been completed.
